Oh no, my poor international customers!

I just wanted to apologize to my poor international customers who weren't able to check out.  I set shipping up wrong.  Nobody told me.  They all just assumed I wasn't shipping internationally.  But, I am.   Shipping is fixed now and everyone should be able to check out globally.
