Items are shipping at the same rate as always, and are shipping on the day you get shipping notification, (unless you get shipping notification late at night, then they ship the next morning) The shipping system in this country is experiencing record high volumes while at the same time, being short staffed due to the pandemic. As a result some of your items are not showing as shipped right away. But, they really are in the hands of the post office, they really are on the way. And then the second problem. Many items...

I just wanted to apologize to my poor international customers who weren't able to check out. I set shipping up wrong. Nobody told me. They all just assumed I wasn't shipping internationally. Smileyboy is growing. Which is awesome and amazing and a lot of work. But it's the good kind of work that you dig into and feel sore at night and can't wait to get up and do it all again the next day. We are in the process of building Smileyboy Beads it's own dedicated brand new building. I know, huge. This should only bring good things. So, everything is up, and I have fixed all the listings so that they are now weighed in ounces instead of pounds, so I no longer am selling the heaviest beads in the world. It feels really good to have accomplished this. I'm still working on fixing some of the things you will never see to make this website run quickly and smoothly.
