Vintage Interlocking Square Barrette - Rhodium Plated Hair Clip from the 1950s or 1960s
What a great barrette. Interlocking squares, set at an angle to be more like diamonds. This is a fun barrette, fancy.
These are from a company that went out of business before it sold, so it has never been worn.
This is opened by pinching together the end of the clip and sliding out the opening. Nice smooth mechanism.
About 2 inches or 50mm long, 1 1/2inch or 38mm wide.
