12 18mm Brown Half Shell Beads Plastic Oyster Shell Beads

These shell beads are amazing. At first glance you would never notice that these are plastic, they look like genuine little shells. The one giveaway is a small dot on the inside of the shell that is a mark of manufacturing. Even with that in place though, these look and feel like shell. They would be great to use in so many projects because they are consistent in size and shape and much more durable than actual shell.

Color is a gorgeous brown with swirls, just as you would expect from natural shells. Coloring exists on both sides and does vary from shell to shell.

Lovely for beach and mermaid themed creations.

These are vintage beads from somewhere in the 1960s to 1980s. They have been in a warehouse, unused, waiting, so they are as pristine as if they were just made. Excellent quality beads.
