Girl beads are 23mm tall, 16mm wide, 5.5mm thick
Boy beads are 22mm tall, 15mm wide, 5.5mm thick
Beads have 2mm hole size

There may be a bead with a missing limb. I have noted one girl who was without an arm as part of the manufacturing process and a boy who lost a leg after manufacturing. It's kind of like real people. Sometimes they are without limbs too.
