4 23mm Puffed Rectangle Oval Vintage Silver Plated Plastic Beads

The shape of these is fabulous. And so challenging to describe. They are Square, they have 4 sides, that are either fluted, puffed or folded, depending on how you want to look at it. And the sides leading up to the hole arch gracefully, no corners there, so they are kind of ovals too. I love these. Even if I can't figure out quite what to call them.

These are vintage new old stock beads. They have been waiting in a warehouse for the right maker to come along and release their potential.

They are silver plated acrylic beads. Silver over a plastic center, they are much lighter than a solid silver bead so you can use them in earrings and other projects without feeling the weight. The plastic core makes them far sturdier than hollow beads as well.

A great bead all around.
